Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 8 to 10 working days, so most orders arrive within around two weeks of ordering.

We'd rather tell you this upfront than promise next-day delivery we can't keep. Our toys are shipped in small batches directly to you, which keeps the price fair — it just means they take a little longer to arrive than something sitting in a warehouse down the road.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. If tracking goes quiet for a few days, that's normal in transit — email us and we'll check on it for you.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. There are no customs charges or import fees for UK customers — the price you see is the price you pay.

Larger items

Bigger pieces such as play kitchens, mud kitchens and tables are shipped separately and may arrive on a different day to the rest of your order. If you've ordered several items, they may come in more than one parcel.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or arrives damaged, email contact@nelokid.com with your order number. We'll sort it out — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
